We do our best to make sure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with our jewelry! We will accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase with a receipt for store credit only, no refunds. Store credit will expire one year from the date of the exchange.

 We guarantee the quality and strength of all jewelry made in our store. We will repair jewelry made in store within 7 days of the purchase. If you need to send us a piece, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Certain products we carry come from outside vendors. While we try to offer our customers only the best quality pieces, we cannot guarantee these products. If there is an issue, we do our best to work with our vendors to repair or replace those pieces at no cost to you but we are not responsible for any charges the vendor wishes to make.

 Custom orders and personalized items are final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange. This includes all cut chain and cord.
